Mozambique snack production line successfully installed

A food factory in Mozambique recently installed a new snack food production line and successfully started production. With the help of our experienced engineers, the installation and commissioning process went smoothly, and the production of snacks has started. The video footage shows the production of a large number of froot loops, showing the efficiency and capabilities of the newly installed snacking equipment.
This versatile line is capable of producing a variety of snacks including cocoa puffs cereals, corn sticks, cheese balls, puffed rice, and stuffing snacks, etc. Raw materials used in this line include corn, wheat, rice, cassava, potato flour and starch, and so on. The medium-sized production line's core machine is a TES75 food extruder, known for its versatility and ability to produce fine-textured finished products. The output of this line is about 400kg/h.
In addition to the food extruder machine, the production line is also equipped with flour machine, screw conveyor, vibrating screen, elevator, electric dryer, seasoning line. These complementary machines ensure a seamless and efficient production process, maintaining the quality and consistency of the snacks produced.
