This is in the factory of our customer in Chengdu. The nutrition powder production line that our after-sales personnel have just installed and debugged for the customer has started production. The working principle of this production line is to firstly mix the required raw materials in proportion, and output puffed granules through extrusion and puffing (this process will puff and ripen the raw materials to change the properties of the raw materials), then bake the puffed granules in an oven to dry and further mature them, and then send the puffed granules to the grinder unit for crushing, so that various nutrition powders with excellent taste and nutrition can be obtained.

This is a small production line with an output of 200-300kg per hour. The main raw materials are various grains and dried fruits and trace elements. This production line can produce nutrition powder, baby rice flour instant porridge, sesame paste, and so on.
