This Jordanian customer ordered a small and medium production fish feed production line from our company 6 years ago to produce juvenile fish and adult fish feed. This production line uses a TSE85 twin-screw extruder as the core machine. The maximum output is 600kg/h, and the minimum output is 400kg/h. It can produce floating fish feed and sinking fish feed. The feed diameter range is 0.5mm-12mm . Now according to market demand and technology upgrades, the maximum diameter of the feed can be 15mm. After these years of use, the customer is very familiar with the various production elements of this equipment, and has accumulated a lot of operating skills. Now the customer is very confident in his technology, and even increased the maximum output of this fish feed production line to 620kg/ h. This time, the customer also responded to our sales staff with a problem, that is, when the fish feed enters the oven for drying, the mesh belt of the oven cannot be completely covered, and there will be more than 10 centimeters of vacancy. In fact, this situation is a normal phenomenon on the ovens manufactured a few years ago, because almost none of the ovens produced at that time were equipped with a distributor. The ovens produced today are generally equipped with a distributor. The function of the distributor is to spread the product more evenly on the mesh belt of the oven, and there are almost no vacant places, so there is no such problem. This problem will not have much impact, at most the utilization rate of the oven will be slightly lower, which will not affect the quality of fish feed produced.
