Two TSE75 fortified rice production lines of  an Indian customer were successfully put into production under the installation and debugging of our company's after-sales personnel. The Customer is full of praise for the performance of these two production lines, because these two production lines not only produce good quality rice, but also the output has exceeded expectations. The expected output of each production line is 250-300kg/h, but the actual output has reached 350kg/h. In fact, this is not because the machine is performing abnormally, but because the expected output is set based on the nutritional rice in the Chinese market. The nutritional rice in the Chinese market and the fortified rice in the Indian market have different ingredients and machine parameter settings, so the output is different. What needs to be reminded is that many sellers falsely report the output in order to obtain the order. When the customer's rice equipment starts to produce, they find that the output is not up to the seller's stated output. More often, many trading companies or small manufacturers do not have technical personnel to provide after-sales service to foreign customers. Not to mention that the machine fails during the production process and no one will help to deal with it, that is, the installation and commissioning of the machine after it arrives at the customer's factory requires the customer to solve it by himself. Therefore, before buying, be sure to keep your eyes open and choose a company that is strong and reliable.
