Today, a small snack production line passed the inspection of quality inspectors, successfully  loaded into a container after packed and sent it to Malawi. This is a puffed food production line with TSE70 extruder as the core machine, the output is 200-260kg/h. The TSE70 extruder is a multi-functional machine, in addition to producing all kinds of small food for human consumption, it can also produce dog food, fish feed as well as textured protein, artificial rice, nutritional powder, modified starch and other products. Of course, different products with large differences in production need to be equipped with different auxiliary equipment. For example, the production of dog food may require a bone breaker and a meat colloid mill, but the production of puffed snacks does not.

This production line can be installed in the customer's factory with only tens of thousands of dollars, and the production line can be laid out according to the shape of the factory, with a small footprint.
